500-600TPH Tuff Crushing Plant

Tuff is fed by vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher. The material after being broken by jaw crusher enters the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. Then, along with the belt conveyor, material gets into control bunker.

Equipment Configuration

 

ZSW490 *130 feeder, PEW1100 European hydraulic jaw crusher, 2 sets of HST250 Cone Crusher, 3 sets of HPT300 cone crusher, 2 sets of 3YKN2460 vibrating screen, 2 sets of 2YKN2460 vibrating screen.

Process Flow

 

Tuff is fed by vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher. The material after being broken by jaw crusher enters the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. Then, along with the belt conveyor, material gets into control bunker and after this step the material would be sent into the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher along belt conveyor. The broken material within 0-400mm is sent to the vibrating screen where finished product would be sieved out and transported to the storage bin.

 

Equipment Configuration Advantage

 

1. European hydraulic jaw crusher: The movable jaw is made from steel castings and the heavy eccentric shaft is processed through forging stock, which enhance the stability and durability of the equipment. Besides, the equipment is provided with a wedge discharge opening adjusting device which is simpler and safer than the traditional gasket adjustment device. The crushing chamber adopts symmetrical “V” shaped structure, which makes actual width of feed inlet coincident to stipulated width.

 

2. Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: High production efficiency and strong bearing capacity, low operation cost and maintenance. Automatic control of production process, multi cavities adapt to a variety of process requirements.

 

3. Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher:

 

(1) High capacity and low consumption;

 

(2) Laminating and crushing, and fine stone grain shape;

 

(3) Hydraulic adjustment can save time and have high precision. Hydraulic automatic clearance, and automatic over-iron protection can be achieved);

 

(4) Thin oil lubrication system makes maintenance convenient. The lubricating oil can be used for 2000 hours.

 

(5) Liquid crystal display operation with automatic intelligent control system (such as: running load, automatic alarm and shutdown, etc.).
