The gyratory crusher is mainly composed of a crossbeam, upper, middle and lower frame, a moving cone, an eccentric sleeve, a transmission part and a hydraulic cylinder. When the equipment is working, the horizontal shaft is driven by the motor to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of stones. The size of the discharge port can be changed by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, which is convenient for adjusting the product particle size; at the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an object that cannot be crushed enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically make the moving cone fall to release the object and protect the crushing chamber.
